apidcms is a project born in dialogue. Not in a boardroom, not at a hackathon, not in the corporate silence of an open-plan office. In an ordinary chat, between a human and an AI.

The project's founder is an experienced developer who once decided: enough building websites from scratch every time. There needs to be a system — lightweight, fast, not a beast like WordPress, not with the barrier to entry of Laravel. And so he started building it. Not with a 40-page spec. Not with diagrams and requirements documents. But simply — step by step, idea by idea, in a living conversation with an AI assistant.

The AI assistant in this project is not a scripted answer generator. It argues, suggests, makes mistakes and corrects itself. It remembers the project context. It knows the database, template structure, and routes. It's not "write me code" — it's "let's think about the best approach."

Over recent months, AI has written thousands of lines of code, designed the plugin architecture, compiled documentation, set up CI/CD, found and fixed dozens of bugs. It doesn't replace the developer — it amplifies them.
